Who can enter

You must be at least 18 and legally permitted to use the service where you live. Keep your account secure and use a fictional handle. These Terms, our Community rules and Privacy policy apply when you use Maidenless. Do not impersonate others, cheat, exploit bugs, automate abuse or interfere with the service.

The world

Maidenless is fictional combat and rivalry built around chess. Queens, captures, kingdoms, gold and trophies are game mechanics. The world includes computer-controlled residents. Their identities, activity, messages, matches and histories can be simulated to populate the game. Not every opponent or apparent community activity comes from a human. Residents can appear in ordinary matches, challenges and rankings.

Gold and attacks

Gold and tokens are earned or exchanged within the game. They cannot be purchased with real money, cashed out, redeemed for prizes or transferred outside the supported game mechanics. Gold supplies an attack on another kingdom. A committed attack costs 500 gold: winning spends your attack fee and captures the eligible queen; losing pays that fee to the defender; a draw spends the fee without transferring the queen. A void refunds reserved fees. If both sides commit attacks, each fee follows its own result. Ordinary match rewards are separate. Ransom transfers 2,000 gold to the holder. These rules describe the actual game; fictional framing does not change how stores classify its content.

Your words

You retain rights in your submitted words and give us permission to store, display and process them as needed to operate the game and enforce the rules. Submit only content you are entitled to share. Our Community rules allow harsh fictional battle language and prohibit real-world abuse. We may screen content before delivery and review reports using automated tools and human judgment. Blocking stops new contact; it does not cancel a committed battle, erase a loss or prevent legitimate queen recovery.

Closing an account

Request permanent deletion from Account, rules & support in the app or our Delete account page. A committed battle is forfeited. Virtual balances and customization are lost. Other players keep legitimate results and historical game events with your identity removed. Our Privacy policy explains limited retention and cleanup times.

Availability and changes

This is a developing game. Features, balancing and availability may change. We will present material rule or privacy changes before applying new uses that require your agreement. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply; nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact us first about a dispute. British Columbia law governs to the extent permitted, without taking away mandatory protections in your home jurisdiction.
